Test page with tables:
This table is pretty easy to do: I used the Microsoft Word Table and then added the text:
The nice thing about this one is that you can create it within the Word program; add colored borders or whatever you want and it should transfer it straight across when you paste into the page here. This option is easy enough for anyone to do.

I think this option is not really that great but if you like the white on black, I can definitely do this for you!
